City Water Blue - Photograph

Every house in the city has a valve access to the water main outside the house. The valve is about 8 feet underground. They mark water lines in blue before contractors dig. This is the next "city water" photo I have finalized. I expect more to come as I photo'd a bunch yesterday. :)
